Signed ISI Vision Statement

Organizations which are willing and interested to actively participate to ISI, and which adhere to the ISI Vision statement shall submit their application according to the following procedure:

  1. download the ISI Vision Statement in pdf and print it;
  2. insert the name and role of the person(s) who will sign, with date and place of signature, and have the document signed;
  3. scan the signed document;
  4. submit your application along with the scanned and signed Vision Document through the following web form;
  • in parallel, send us the 1st page original by mail to the address below, keeping a copy for your own files
